1.2. The buyer – natural or legal person who has purchased goods in the online store www.jukku.lt.
1.3. The Rules for processing Personal Data (hereinafter the Rules) regulate the basic principles of collection, processing and storage of personal data, on which the Data Controller processes the personal data of the Buyer.

2.1. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of MB JUKKU HOME electronic store www.jukku.lt (hereinafter – the Data Controller) and www.jukku.lt customer (hereinafter – the Buyer).

The buyer has the right to access his personal data, has the right to know what personal data we have collected, has the right to find out to which recipients his personal data is supplied and provided during the last 1 year, has the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, has the right to request the deletion of the collected personal data and has the right to request the cessation of the processing and collecting personal data. If the Seller sees a threat to personal data, he has the right to request the confirmation of an identity document that allows the Buyer to be properly identified.
3.3. The Data Controller respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who places an order in the online store www.jukku.lt. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified when ordering the online store) to process orders for goods or services or to fulfill other contractual obligations.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
4.1. The Data Controller shall ensure that the Personal Data of Users will not be sold, provided or otherwise transferred to third parties without a legitimate basis, nor will it be used for purposes other than those for which they were collected.

4.2.1. When it is necessary for the Data Controller to fulfill the concluded agreement with the User and provide the services properly.
4.2.2. If separate consent of the User has been obtained for this data transfer.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or completely modify the Privacy Policy by notifying the e-shop. Continued use of the services of our website implies compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes arising shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
