Exchange and returns

JUKKU HOME team hopes that your purchases will find a cosy corner in your home. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can return it or exchange it.

All purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Returned or exchanged goods must comply with these Conditions:
the returned goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged and unused;
The goods must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.); this does not apply when returning low-quality goods.
The returned goods must be of the same assembly as received by the Buyer.

To return an item, you must submit a request by email to, stating the order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the invoice for the refund.
The Seller undertakes to refund the money within 14 business days after assessing whether the goods are in good condition (intact, undamaged, undamaged, etc.), or after cancelling the order, at the initiative of the customer.
In the event that the reason for returning the goods is poor quality, we are obliged to replace the poor quality goods with goods of the correct quality at our own expense, or to return the money paid for the goods. The replacement or return of goods of defective quality shall be carried out in accordance with the “Rules on the Return and Exchange of Goods” approved by Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001.
